The Account Maintenance team’s mission is to build trust with the RIAs we support by delivering a seamless, consistent account onboarding and maintenance experience. As the primary entry point for new customer accounts, we take complete end-to-end ownership of every request with speed and accuracy from initiation to resolution. As an Account Maintenance Associate, you will work with a highly motivated team providing timely and accurate execution of new account opening and account maintenance functions. You must welcome challenges, seek continuous improvement, and be eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week.
