Agency Development Lead, DACH

As Reddit continues to expand across Europe, we're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Agency Development Lead to grow Reddit's presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role will support DACH holding company and agency relationships and be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships, education programs, executive engagement, and next-generation business solutions. You will develop strategic relationships and bring a business-building mindset, partnering closely with global agency leads, regional and local sales leaders, and key cross-functional stakeholders. Location : This role is required to be based in Berlin or Hamburg. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency groups and holding companies across the DACH region. • Act as a liaison between agencies/ holding companies and Reddit to develop strategic programs and partnerships. • Create and execute quarterly and annual holding company go-to-market strategies to grow agency partnerships and increase investment in Reddit across the DACH market. • Ensure alignment between regional initiatives and broader global and regional sales objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully execute go-to-market strategies. • Formulate, n…
