About the role: We're looking for an AI Learning Experience Designer (AI-LXD) to build the next generation of enablement experiences. In this role, you'll design AI-powered learning journeys, performance support tools, knowledge experiences, and dynamic enablement programs that help employees find information, build skills, and apply knowledge in the flow of work. You'll partner with enablement leaders, product marketing, subject matter experts, and AI platform teams to transform complex information into personalized, scalable learning experiences.
