About the team The Merchant Pricing team makes crucial decisions that directly impact Affirm’s top and bottom line. Our team analyzes and structures deal economics to ensure we drive sustainable and profitable growth. We monitor merchant / platform performance not just to report on it, but to constantly optimize the offerings and take / inform further actions when needed. We take ownership of the deals economics through the lifecycle, ensuring Affirm grows efficiently and profitably. The Merchant Pricing team is looking for an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to support our next phase of growth by expanding into international markets. In this role, you will define pricing strategy, drive go-to-market initiatives, perform pricing & economical analysis, and work closely with our Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering teams.
