The Opportunity: We are currently seeking individuals for a full-time position in our inaugural fulfillment centers, with a focus on ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance). As an ICQA and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a crucial role in launching and operating our fulfillment centers by ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the Flexport team, you will serve as a people leader, responsible for managing a team on the operating floor. Your main objective will be to optimize the ICQA process, utilizing advanced tools, methodologies, and data analytics to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely inspections, and quality control.
