ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Associate Counsel, Commercial to join Ramp's growing Legal team. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Commercial, you'll partner closely with our Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to help support Ramp's continued growth. You'll review and negotiate commercial agreements, provide practical legal guidance, and help build scalable processes that enable the business to move quickly while managing legal risk.
