The role: We are seeking an Operations Control Analyst - SMB who will support the Vendor Relationship Manager in maintaining the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of third-party vendors within the Small Business Lending unit. This role focuses on the execution of the control framework, ensuring that vendor activities across the entire SMB lifecycle—including sales, servicing, and collections—align with SoFi’s internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
