AV Production Specialist

If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! As an AV Production Specialist, you will be a critical part of supporting the technical aspects of Figma's internal events. As a member of the broader IT Team, the ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, customer service oriented, highly organized, and can adapt quickly when event schedules or technical needs change on short notice. This role will report directly to the AV Manager. This is a full time role based in our SF Hub. What you'll do at Figma: • Coordinate and operate Figma's internal events, including setup, technical checks, and live event support • Manage and operate PTZ cameras, microphones, and other AV equipment during live and hybrid events to ensure high production quality • Provide real-time technical support to presenters, attendees, and stakeholders during events, with a focus on customer service and professionalism • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and our SF Hub Workplace team on event needs during weekly meetings • Maintain Event SLO's with AV Manager and collaborate on documentation • Troubleshoot issues as they arise in our All Hands space and conference rooms • Perform routine conference room sweeps to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and functionality of AV systems • Assist in provisioning and configuring new hardware (cameras, microphones, conferencing devices) f…
