ABOUT THE ROLE As the first BDR Manager in our London office, you will lead the onsite team building Ramp’s presence across the European market. In this high-velocity front-line manager role, you will develop and coach a team of Business Development Representatives, and work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the executive team to define and scale Ramp’s BDR motion across the UK and Europe. This is a player-coach role: you will lead from the front, contribute directly to key prospecting initiatives, and help recruit and develop the team.
