We're looking for a Brand Designer who can establish a clear visual direction for product storytelling and drive it through to execution: someone with a narrative mindset expressed visually, who can turn complex product strategy and feature detail into a story people actually feel for major product launches. You'll partner closely with product marketing, strategists, copywriters, designers, product designers, and motion designers to create storyboards, styleframes, and visual directions that translate product strategy and features into captivating stories across launches and key product moments. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks in stories, loves the intersection of design and motion, and wants to shape how Figma's product shows up in the world, with clarity, emotion, and craft. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
