About the Role We're looking for a Brand Manager to turn business priorities and consumer insight into campaigns that shift perception and drive measurable demand. You’ll own campaign strategy from brief through launch and retros, aligning partners, sharpening priorities, and ensuring every expression builds a more distinctive, trusted and effective Affirm brand. What You’ll Do • Own campaign strategy and architecture for priority brand and partner moments, including co-marketing projects with key merchants and ongoing merchant and promotional campaigns outside the major seasonal moments. Translate business goals, audience insight, and brand strategy into briefs and recommendations that shape how Affirm invests in these moments, not just how individual campaigns execute. • Drive early strategic thinking and lead brief development for partner campaigns, shaping how Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Paid, and Comms work together on audience, narrative, channel roles, and definition of success.
