Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Establish Sierra's brand presence in EMEA — serving as the region's first dedicated brand designer and laying the groundwork for how Sierra shows up across markets in EMEA and beyond. - Localise global campaigns and content for EMEA markets, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and regional nuance across all brand touchpoints.
