As a Business Operations Senior Associate on the Business Operations & Strategy team within the Institutional group, you'll partner directly with senior leadership on Coinbase's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. You'll work primarily with Institutional product and sales leaders, structuring complex problems, building quantitative business cases, and translating data into executive-level recommendations that shape product and segment strategy. What you'll do: • Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling. • Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations. • Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products. • Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the…
