We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join Asana as our Chief Accounting Officer. In this pivotal role, you will guide our global financial operations, overseeing our Accounting, controllership, billing, and revenue accounting functions. You will lead a high-performing finance team that tracks and seeks to understand the factors driving our growth and success, helping our entire organization achieve its operational and financial goals while embodying our company values. As a core financial leader and Section 16 Officer, you will partner closely with cross-functional executive stakeholders to ensure our business objectives are feasible and our long-term growth is built on an enduring foundation of operational excellence. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
