As Chief of Staff to the VP of Brokerage Product & Customer Care, you will be a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and operational leader supporting a critical business unit. Acting as an extension of the VP, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish effective operating rhythms, and translate strategic priorities into execution across cross-functional teams. With a broad view of the business, you will partner with leaders across the organization to improve alignment, strengthen operating mechanisms, and enable the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will also play a key role in shaping the organization's strategy, priorities, and culture while helping the team operate with clarity, focus, and excellence. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
