As a ConversionOps Associate, you'll independently manage the transfer of retirement plans from prior providers onto our platform. That means validating asset allocations, reconciling trust data, and establishing participant loan records before going live. You'll partner closely with CX Onboarding, Compliance, and Reconciliations to catch discrepancies before they become downstream problems.
