Some of the most consequential problems at Figma don't belong to any one team: how our business model evolves as software shifts to AI and consumption, how we price and package what we're still inventing, where the next layer of growth comes from. We're looking for an exceptional operator to own problems like these and drive them to decisions that reach the CEO, CPO, and CFO - and beyond. As the first Director hire on our Business Operations team, you'll start with the highest-stakes arena we have today — Figma's business model and monetization strategy (pricing, packaging, our AI credit and consumption models, and the shape of the model itself) — and build and lead the small, high-leverage team that owns it. But the through-line of this role isn't a domain; it's you: a broad, first-principles operator who brings structure to ambiguity, earns exec trust fast, and turns strategy into shipped outcomes. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
