Director, Global Delivery Excellence

We are hiring a Global Delivery leader to lead our global team and to evolve how we deliver training for an AI-first world. You will own staffing strategy and instructor readiness across our FTE and authorized training partner (ATP) workforce, run an AI-first delivery operation, and advance the shift from traditional, catalog-based instructor-led training toward customized, customer-specific delivery. This role is the right fit if you lead from data, develop best-in-industry instructors, and want to reshape a delivery model rather than just run it. Scope of Impact • Owns the global training delivery function across customer, partner, and internal audiences. • Owns instructor staffing and readiness strategy: balances FTE and ATP supply and forecasts skilling, language, and location needs through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. • Translates L&E delivery strategy into execution: FTE-first regional sufficiency, with ATP to fulfill additional needs. • Leads the evolution of the delivery model toward AI-first operations and customized, customer-specific training. • Influences cross-functionally across Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM.
