The role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our growing Strategic Finance team. Strategic Finance shapes SoFi’s capital allocation strategy by assessing investment opportunities, framing key trade-offs, and prioritizing resources against the company’s most important growth objectives. As a key business partner, you will provide financial leadership and strategic insights to two of SoFi's most critical and rapidly growing business lines: SoFi Checking & Savings and SoFi Credit Card. SoFi is an AI-forward organization, and you will be expected to responsibly use our suite of AI tools to build and enhance financial models, accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
