AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process. About the Role: Partnerships are one of Gusto’s strategic growth channels. As a Partner Enablement Manager, you'll be at the heart of making those partnerships extraordinary and impactful to Gusto’s business. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end enablement strategy for our channel partner ecosystem—designing and delivering onboarding, continuous education and certification programs, and just-in-time resources that help partners and their teams confidently recommend and refer Gusto. You'll work closely with the Channel Partnerships team, revenue teams, product, and marketing to ensure every partner has the knowledge and tools they need to drive real business results.
