Engineering Manager, Command by Asana

Command by Asana is a new product for R&D teams to keep delivery on track as scope shifts, give managers visibility into progress, and enable humans and agents to work from cleaner context and ship with fewer iterations. We are looking for a collaborative Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams bringing this vision to life. In this role, you will build and empower a talented team of engineers, partner cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap, establish technical foundations, and deliver a superlative user experience. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.
