About the team The Iberia Sales team is responsible for expanding Stripe’s footprint across Spain and Portugal. We focus on both winning net-new logo accounts and driving strategic growth within high-potential existing customers. We move with urgency, operate with focus, and pride ourselves on delivering strong commercial results through disciplined outbound execution, strategic account management, and high-quality customer engagement. What you'll do As an Account Executive for Iberia , you will drive revenue expansion across the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Whether acquiring net-new logos or driving deep adoption and cross-sell strategies within key existing accounts, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leadership. You'll execute long-term sales strategies, engage internal and external stakeholders, align on technical and business requirements, build value in competitive situations, and lead commercial negotiations to close.
