In this highly strategic role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to define and deliver searches for some of our most critical hires across the business, spanning Director, VP, and C-suite roles. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the search process - from shaping the role and talent strategy through offer and close. You'll bring a strong point of view on the executive talent market, leading talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions. Along the way, you'll build trusted relationships with exceptional senior leaders and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Given the visibility and confidential nature of these searches, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and discretion. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
