As an Executive Sourcer, you play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across functions. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with senior-level and executive talent across a range of business functions. You’ll partner closely with executive recruiters and leadership stakeholders to define talent profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for leadership hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping executive pipelines, delivering talent insights, and helping drive long-term succession and organizational planning efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact searches while contributing to the evolution of executive sourcing practices and research capabilities across Robinhood! This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
