Your key responsibilities, including program planning and project management, will help to ensure our team stays aligned and on track to deliver high quality work and impact for our hosts. A Typical Day: • Support Strategy Development • Work closely with Senior Program Leads and Strategists to inform program strategy • Ensure strategies are aligned with business priorities throughout the duration of program • Manage Project Planning and Execution • Develop project plans and based on a program strategy • Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs • Schedule regular working team meetings, take notes and track action items • Lead Reporting and Documentation • Track project progress and prepare status reports • Document learnings and share best practices across teams • Manage program performance and measurement • Own Prog…
