We're looking for an experienced, strategic People Partner leader to serve as the senior People leader for our R&D organization . You'll partner directly with our CTO and CPO to shape the people strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, and Stack AI, helping one of Asana's most critical organizations evolve through growth, AI transformation, and innovation . You'll lead a high-performing team of experienced People Partners who are trusted advisors across the organization . Together, you'll shape the people strategy for R&D, while focusing on executive partnership, organizational evolution, leadership effectiveness, and long-term workforce strategy . We're looking for a leader who brings conviction, humility, and an enterprise mindset—someone who will advocate passionately for R&D while always thinking first about what's best for Asana . This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday .
