The role: The Home Equity Closing team manages the final stages of the loan process by working directly with members and title partners to schedule closings, prepare accurate closing packages, and keep loans moving efficiently. As a Home Equity Loan Closer, you will ensure closing files and documents meet company, investor, and regulatory requirements while delivering an accurate and timely closing experience for our members. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Frisco, TX or Charlotte, NC and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of working onsite at least two days per week.
