We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Security professional to oversee and manage the physical security operations for Reddit's office locations across the EMEA and APAC regions, with a primary focus on our sites in Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin, London, Sydney, Stockholm, Göteborg, and Bengaluru. This role, seated in the Amsterdam office, will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust physical security program that safeguards our employees, executives, and physical assets across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and programs that address the unique challenges of a dynamic technology environment across multiple countries. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing site-specific crisis management and business continuity plans, and directing the response to physical security incidents within the region.
