The Opportunity: Join the Account Management team to grow Flexport’s book of business across Singapore and Malaysia by deepening our existing client relationships. This is a dynamic, collaborative role: you’ll own the long-term relationship for a portfolio of clients, uncover new opportunities in their supply chains, and lead a team of Account Management who do the same. You will: • Lead the business growth plan related to the book of business in terms of generating sales leads, transforming leads to opportunities and developing solutions for clients. • Use your advanced knowledge of the client’s business goals, the industry, and Flexport’s services and solutions to proactively close and deliver new solutions that empower the client and deepen the client relationship. • Serve as the client’s trusted advisor, advocating for their needs with internal stakeholders and finding win-win solutions for the client and for Flexport. • Use regular client touch points and business reviews to…
