Manager, International Statutory & Technical Accounting

GAQ127R102 Mission Databricks is growing at an incredible pace, and our London hub is at the heart of our international expansion. As our international footprint has scaled to 27 entities through a period of rapid growth, we need a technical expert to bring structure, consistency, and automation to how we account for, report on, and stay compliant across them. Reporting to the Director, International Accounting, this is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a fast-evolving environment and getting hands-on with the judgments that matter most. You will drive consistent application of our group accounting policy across all international entities — owning the local GAAP interpretations, bridge methodologies, and disclosure standards they follow, and ensuring these align with the policy set by our US technical accounting team. You will also own the international compliance framework that keeps the group's filings and obligations on track. The impact you will have • Build and own the framework for applying group accounting policy across international entities — a clear, documented set of local GAAP positions and US GAAP to local GAAP bridge methodologies that replace entity-by-entity interpretation.
