The user journeys we build and own reach more than 20 million people who together repay over $40B in loans each year. We are full-stack owners of the Manage tab within our mobile and web apps, where customers stay on top of their payment plans and make the payments. We are looking for an empowering, accountable Engineering Manager to lead and grow Repayment UX. You’ll set the team’s technical direction, taking ownership of their roadmap, delivery and on-call support. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and other Engineering teams. You’ll take a high-performing team anchored to their tech lead and give it dedicated leadership.
