Manager, Software Engineering (Infra Foundations)

Ensuring that our infrastructure is accessible to all engineers is critical to the success of the business. The Infra Foundations team owns the foundational layer that every other infrastructure team builds on: AWS account provisioning, human IAM access, core networking, the IaC frameworks and workflows, and the automation that provisions and manages our cloud environments. Our mission is to provide a foundational infrastructure layer across all AWS accounts that is consistent, reliable, safe, and trustworthy, empowering every infrastructure team to provision, update, and delete their stacks quickly and safely through well-established workflows and automation. We are looking for an engineering manager to lead this team, own its roadmap and operational health, and grow the engineers who keep Affirm's infrastructure foundation solid as we scale globally.
