ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly every single day. As Office Coordinator, you'll be the day-to-day operator who makes sure the space works, vendors are managed, deliveries land, meals are set up, supplies are stocked, and the office looks and feels welcoming and organized. You'll be the person that keeps the gears turning, and the one the Workplace team turns to when something needs to get done on the ground. This role partners closely with Facilities, IT, Security, and the broader Workplace team, and provides backup support to reception and front-of-house as needed.
