As a CBIE Operations Senior Associate on the International EMEA Ops team within the Consumer & Business group, you'll help scale the operations function for Coinbase Ireland Limited across the EEA. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll drive day-to-day business operations, regulatory reporting, outsourcing oversight, and cross-functional initiatives that directly support regional growth and regulatory compliance. What you'll do: • Own daily business operations for CBIE across all lines of business, managing consistent performance against targets and surfacing risks or gaps to leadership. • Drive improvements to operational and regulatory reporting by streamlining data sets, building dashboards, and producing actionable insights using SQL, Snowflake, and Looker. • Develop and execute local operational and outsourcing processes, procedures, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, including day-to-day management of the outsourcing risk management framework. • Partner with functional owners, central teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with the outsourcing framework and effective management of third-party risk. • Lead discrete cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc…
