About the team The mission of the People Analytics team is to improve Stripe’s performance by collecting data, measuring critical constructs, and generating insights that help Stripe attract, develop, and retain our most important asset: our Stripes. What you’ll do This role sits at the intersection of analytics and business partnership in equal measure. You will serve as the People Analytics Analyst and Business Partner to the People Partners supporting Stripe's International organization who look after our global sites across Core, Tech, and GTM functions. As the sole People Analytics team member based in Europe, you will be the first point of contact for International stakeholders and will need to operate with confidence and autonomy in that capacity.
