We're hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A functions, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting for some of our hardest-to-fill roles. You'll partner directly with senior leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale. What you'll do: • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity • Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience • Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams • Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets Required Skills and Experience: • 8+ years of…
