ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior. Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration. We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design.
