About the team Stripe's Professional Services (ProServ) team helps businesses around the world design, implement, and optimise their Stripe integrations. As we scale our global delivery capability, we are building a structured portfolio of service offerings that define the scope, methodology, resourcing, and commercial terms of how we engage with our users. About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager ( Professional Services) to own the portfolio of offerings end-to-end. The role sits at the intersection of services strategy, commercial design, and delivery operations. You will be the person who determines whether our offerings are well-designed, effectively sold, and profitably delivered and you will take action to refine the portfolio as needed. This is not a traditional Product Manager role, but it demands the same rigour. Your "product" is the service itself: its scope, its pricing, its methodology, and its performance.
