About the team The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs team supports Stripe's mission (to "Increase the GDP of the internet") by building GTM strategy, bringing it to life through incubation programs, and providing program management expertise across global, cross-functional programs. We bring a desire to chart the unknown, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem-solving, while helping to build connections between Stripe go-to-market teams and the business overall. As we rapidly grow our company and customer base, we need "full stack" program management experts with global program experience who easily flex between: • PMO responsibilities coordinating across a number of cross-functional team members • Running the full breadth of building and operationalizing incubation programs from diagnosis, design, implementation, and change management • Driving a successful transition and handover to operational counterparts across GTM and Product Operations What you’ll do Our Program Managers are focused on solving GTM's most pressing challenges.
