GAQ426R82 About the Role As a Program Manager for Product Legal at Databricks, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge data/AI innovation, software engineering, and global compliance. Reporting directly to the Director & Assistant General Counsel, Product, you will act as the operational backbone for the Product Legal Program. Your primary mission is to support our Product Legal team as they advise Engineering and Product teams on compliance for our global software offerings. This is a highly independent role designed for a self-starter who thrives on total accountability. You won't just track workstreams—you will own them. You will design Jira automations, route legal work, maintain critical metric dashboards, and leverage modern AI tools (such as Claude Code Genie Code, or Cursor) to proactively optimize and automate our workflows.
