Program Manager, R&D Operations

We're looking for a Program Manager to join our R&D Operations team in Warsaw and own the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of our R&D Onboarding program - while driving additional operational programs that keep Asana's Product and Engineering teams running at their best. You'll build and maintain the systems, rhythms, and infrastructure that give every new hire in R&D a consistent, well-orchestrated first-weeks experience, and proactively identify the coordination gaps that slow teams down. R&D Operations partners closely with Engineering to ensure our teams have the operational backbone they need to execute on Asana's mission. We build the programs, processes, and tooling that let R&D run effectively at scale - from onboarding and enablement to cross-functional rituals and operational health. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.
