We are looking to hire an experienced full life-cycle Recruiter to support the organization through its growth in Singapore and across APAC. You'll be a driving force in building and executing the talent strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent across key business functions. This role will allow you to build strong relationships, champion our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting best practices and processes. This is a full-time role based in our Singapore office within a hybrid working environment. What you'll do at Figma: • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations, in particular, go to market functions like sales & marketing • Partner with leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles • Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals • Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change • Identify, conceptualize and drive business improvement initiatives We’d love to hear from you if you have: • 5+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business • Experience p…
