WHAT YOU’LL DO - Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams - Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process - Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews - Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers - Spot and flag what isn't working such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, slow feedback and bring fixes - Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 0-1+ years of coordination / admin experience, ide…
