Recruiting & HR Operations Specialist

You'll own the operational infrastructure behind how we find, interview, and onboard talent, and work closely with our recruiters, hiring managers, and People team. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations and HR coordination, and it's the right fit for someone who notices what's broken, knows how to fix it, and wants to build something durable. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America — EST or CST preferred for timezone alignment with our Europe-based team. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
