About the Role We're looking for a Senior AMS Field Enablement Activation Partner (Bilingual Spanish) to help bring enablement to life in the field. In this role, you'll work directly with sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas to accelerate skill development, drive adoption of global enablement programs, and reinforce the behaviors that improve sales performance. You'll serve as the critical connection between the field and our global enablement organization, translating field insights into action while ensuring programs are effectively activated, adopted, and measured across the region.
