This team is responsible for sourcing, executing, and scaling critical partnerships across Coinbase's core products, business lines, and global ecosystem. You'll autonomously own a portfolio of high-impact partner relationships, lead complex deal execution from first conversation through launch, and work directly with product and business leaders to bring new partnerships to life as company priorities and market opportunities evolve. What you'll do: • Own and manage a portfolio of partnerships end-to-end, driving execution against commitments, resolving blockers, and ensuring partners deliver on agreed milestones and KPIs. • Shape partnership strategy by identifying where new relationships can unlock growth, co-creating commercial frameworks alongside Product, Engineering, and Business leaders. • Source, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, independently managing the full deal lifecycle from initial outreach through close. • Track partnership performance metrics, flag risks to senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional resolution across legal, compliance, product, marketing, and finance. •…
