About the role Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision—blending debit, pay-over-time, and network-native experiences into a single product. We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform—owning both the end-user experience, the business outcomes of every card product, and the underlying platform that powers card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations. This is a pillar-level leadership role responsible for defining strategy, building a high-performing team, and delivering durable business outcomes across one of Affirm’s most strategic product areas.
