The Growth Engagement team’s mission is to drive the way we connect with customers to increase engagement across our products, connecting the right user to the right action. We focus on informing and implementing a strategic growth roadmap that introduces users to the right products and drives engagement across the entire user journey including onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and retention. We work closely with partners across product, marketing, creative, and data science to build campaigns, experiments, and messaging that increase engagement with our products and services.
