About the Role: As a Senior Growth Manager, UK on Reddit’s International Community team, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for deepening Reddit’s presence in the market. This is not a marketing role. Rather, you will drive user and ecosystem growth by building and scaling communities, executing local growth initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and leading initiatives that strengthen Reddit’s local ecosystem and user experience. This role combines strategic planning, growth-focused execution, cross-functional influence, market ownership, and community development.
