The Opportunity • Own the long-term strategy and performance of a portfolio of strategic accounts, with accountability for revenue growth, client health, and retention. • Build and mentor a team of Account Managers, elevating their impact through coaching, performance management, and career development plans. • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Implementation, Operations, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable, differentiated supply chain solutions that address clients’ evolving needs. • Influence Flexport’s strategic priorities by identifying market opportunities, competitive insights, and client feedback that shape product and services.
